1O God, my heart is faithful stablefixed. I will sing and give praise with my entire being. 2Awake, lute and harp for I will awake early. 3I will praise you, O Jehovah, among the people. I will sing praises to you among the nations. 4Your loving kindness is higher then the heavens. Your truth reaches unto the clouds. 5Be exalted, O God, above the heavens: and your glory above all the earth. 6Save us with your powerful hand great power, and answer us so that those who are dear to you may be rescued. 7God has spoken in his holiness: I will rejoice, I will divide Shechem, and mete out the valley of Succoth. 8Gilead is mine; Manasseh is mine; Ephraim also is the strength of my head; Judah is my lawgiver; 9Moab is my wash pot; over Edom will I cast out my shoe; over Philistia will I triumph. 10Who will bring me into the strong city? Who will lead me into Edom? 11Will you O God, who cast us off? Will you O God, go forth with our hosts? 12Give us help against the enemy, for man’s help is in vain. 13Through God we shall have great strength: for he shall tread down our enemies.
