Everywhere and all the time, Jehovah’s name should be praised. 4Jehovah is high above all the nations. His glory is above the heavens. 5Who is like Jehovah our God? He is seated on his high throne. 6He bends down humbles himself to look at heaven and earth. 7He lifts the poor from the dust. He lifts the needy from a garbage heap. 8He seats them with important people, with the leaders princes of his people. 9He makes a childless woman a joyful mother. Praise Jehovah!
