1For this cause I Paul, a prisoner of Jesus Christ for you Gentiles, (Seeing ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God, 2given me to you ward, That by revelation he made known to me the mystery: 3as I wrote before in few words, 4By reading which ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ: 5Which in other ages was not made known to the sons of men, as it hath now been revealed to the holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit, 6That the Gentiles are fellow-heirs, and of the same body, and joint-partakers of his promise by Christ through the gospel, 7Of which I have been made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given to me by the effectual working of his power. 8Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints is this grace given, to preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ. 9And to let all men see, what is the fellowship of the mystery, which was hidden from the beginning of the world by God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: 10That the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known by the church to the principalities and powers in heavenly places, 11According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord, 12By whom we have boldness and access with confidence through faith in him. 13Wherefore I intreat you not to faint at my afflictions for you, which is your glory. 14For this cause I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, 15(Of whom the whole 16family in heaven and earth is named) That he would give you according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man, That Christ may dwell in your heart by faith: 17That being rooted and grounded in love, 18ye may be able to comprehend with all saints, what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height, And to know the love of Christ which passeth knowledge, 19that ye may be filled with all the fulness of God. 20Now to him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, 21To him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus, throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.
