1The fool has said in his heart, There is no God! They are corrupt; they have done abominable works, there is no one who does good. 2Jehovah looked down from Heaven upon the sons of men, to see if there were any who understood and sought God. 3They have all turned aside, together they have become corrupt; there is no one who does good, no, not one. 4Have all the workers of iniquity not known, eating up My people as they eat bread? They have not called upon Jehovah. 5There they were in great fear; for God is in the generation of the righteous. 6You shame the counsel of the lowly, for Jehovah is his refuge. 7Oh that the salvation of Israel was out of Zion! When Jehovah brings back the captivity of His people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.
